Kalye Musika by Los Indios Bravos

Los Indios Bravos is a politically driven, new school hip hop act that, quite frankly, got me to evaluate everything I’ve ever felt about hip hop. I’ve never been a fan of the music, the closest I got to hip hop appreciation was listening to Perf De Castro play on Francis M’s albums. Kalye Musika by Los Indios BravosBut these guys, well, they’re actually relevant, and their rhymes actually make sense. None of that shallow, sexually-charged drivel often associated with the genre. Instead, it is a celebration of Pinoy culture (see Buhay Probinsya) and socially conscious observations (see Anong nangyari sa Pinas).
